Not sure what happened but lost 3 lbs since last weigh in. Was not logging lately so probably ate over goal. Have been great about exercising though, around 10 hours this week.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
