It's been a chaotic bunch of days. I've done my best, and been under my calories most of the time- I think what's killing me at this point is the coffee, and the days of less-than-1000 calories, and days of getting just about the right amount of calories. It's like feast and famine. I'm putting time into a grocery list and menu for this week, so I know I have food for all the days because I'll be prepping it all tomorrow. Bleh. ;) OH and water intake... man I suck at that.
