I’ve been lifting weights and staying in a slight calorie deficit (10-15%), eating 110-140g of protein daily. And I can see how it pays off! I am after recomposition and not just “lose weight” - I’ve been through that many times before, it all comes back! So now I’m building muscle, and my main goal is to make my body look good - and not a number on a scale! 💪🏻
