Small little meals more often might do the trick. And hot tea helps everything. Chamomile especially settles stomach and peppermint. Go slow. xo

wifey having issues with my thyroid making me feel like I'm over heating no appetite on top of vonitting. need to see my doc for blood work. today is a decent day so far but I never know when it's gonna start it just comes on out of no where

Holly I can't do hot drinks lately as it just causes me to over heat so I made a juice jug full of peppermint tea but cold. been drinking lots of that and eating advil like candy
