FF mozzarella, thin sliced zucchini, rotisserie chicken, red onion, lil green goddess dressing. Pan seared with a swirl of avocado oil. I wasn’t sure how my FF mozzarella would act. Protein packed.

Just finished the second half straight out the fridge. Even tastier and the ff mozzarella was soft but not soggy
