Is it good? Cream cheese, cottage cheese, any cheese is always good!

It was a bit watery and needed to cook longer. I didn’t add any sweetener but the pudding mix is sweet. More pudding mix, cook longer and it will be delish

Looks tasty. Maybe chia seed would firm it up?

Ohh, chias are perfect. They will soak up. Also the oats were not necessary at all. I could swap for the chias.
I’ve been making the cottage cheese flatbread. Omg. So easy, delish and high protein. Highly recommend

1 cup 2% or 1% cottage cheese, 1 serving (maybe a lil less) egg whites, dash of Parmesan. You use 1 whole egg instead of egg whites. Blend in blender until smooth.
I pour mine into two round 7 inch air frier liners, sprayed w oil spray. I sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. The liners are on a baking sheet. You can also use parchment paper, not wax. It’s important that’s you spread the concoction evenly and fairly thin.
Bake 40 min in a 350 preheated oven. Monitor so it does not burn but depending on thickness you may need to cook longer. Voila.
