Food porn!

Pan fried chicken with spinach and nopales with sweet peppers. Banana as dessert.

After the debaucheries.


Pretty sure that I will be in the 170 lb range tomorrow morning.

Exercycle: 34:15 minutes, 6.83 miles and 251 calories burned.

Edit: dinner was 2 chicken tamales from Alberto's drive thru.

Tasted even better! A meal that will not raise the blood sugar. The fiber and protein will cancel out the slightly ripened banana imo.

I just read about the health benefits of nopales. More incentive to try this.

Speaking of bananas, have you tried banana ice cream? Super awesome, and fills the craving for sweets and I'll say it again AMAZING. Wayyy better than regular ice cream

Nopales are really good for diabetes. The easiest way to get them is already diced up at the produce dept. A lot easier when someone has already done the hard work. Btw, I always loved banana ice cream but now really limit my sugar except when I go hogwild at a buffet.
