No weigh in yet. It was my birthday yesterday and I had a Chinese takeaway (ma po tofu and curried udon). Didn't overeat but feel absolutely dreadful today. Has anyone else felt like this after an extended period of healthy eating? It's like my body is rejecting crap food. This may actually be a good thing long term 🤔
134.8 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi there I tend to yo-yo diets over the year.. but this app is aiding me to change my life style not diet. 1st ive been eating loads of fruit .....so things have changed..but. When ever i jump back on supermarket white bread i get some gut ache. I have found eating junk slows me down..(crisps, burgers..fried foods) . And has made me feel sick a few times when ive fallen off the slippery wagon and binged. I have started to look at some greasy foods and feel not sick but looking at it puts me off and feel could not eat that. So sure that should help me too. I think i know what you mean. All the best.

Not just me then... I used to eat piles of fresh veg back in my 20s, largely because I'm vegetarian and the meat alternatives back in the 90s and 00s were ghastly (looking at you, Sosmix). Although there's loads of easy options available now it's been too easy to rely on those and I've taken my eye off the ball somewhat when it comes to nutrition. Agree with this being a lifestyle change: I'm back to piling my plate with vegetables or salads even if I am having some processed foods alongside. I can't imagine going back to my old ways of eating now whereas with previous diets I was counting down the pounds until I could smash back the crisps, mayo and white bread sandwiches.
