Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive beautiful sunrise Friday….

Not only watch the sun..but seen the sky change colors as well…

Rest day today….no breakfast walk…give my body a rest….lol…

Gonna cut back on coffee as well…I love it..but don’t need all the caffeine…lol…I got dehydrated yesterday after 2 cups at lunch and soaking up rays…got dizzy in elevator…but walked back to room with several on lookers…so take it easy today…more water and electrolytes….was only 75 yesterday…and less then 30 minutes after lunch…I do watch my time outside….

That explains them doing afternoon vitals on me..and no one else…duh….

Positive thoughts and energy to all…
274.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m glad to hear that you’re doing better after getting dehydrated, it’s good to have a rest day. I absolutely love watching the sunrise. I have yet to see two identical ones just like snowflakes snow two are identical. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

I had 1 cup of decaf….water with electrolytes rest of day…I do miss soaking up the sun gowever…
