@OTB - me too- I should eat it more often - I make it really simple with lemon pepper on it but full of great protein.

@Diana - Thanks! My plates are always so boring. Protein and veggies. I see all these pretty pictures of food and mine are so plain but I don't have time for a lot of things except the basics.

My plates are booring too and frequently the same thing over and over again that's why I almost never post food pics and if I do its probably something out of the ordinary line up

I use to say the same thing about my plates, then I realized I needed to add more colour to my meals! Jazz them up a bit with cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers and sprinkle some herbs around your plate…ie: parsley, cilantro, dill etc! Get creative, eating should be fun especially when you’re trying to lose weight!

Simple dishes / plates with healthy nutritious foods for the win ! You really can’t go wrong and food by itself doesn’t need much seasoning. The majority of my meals are really basic with very little seasonings.
