Got some vitamin D and me time in after my physical. Everything checks out so you guys are stuck with me for a while longer. Cholesterol came up a bit from last year to 117 which is probably a good thing it was pretty low maybe the half dozen eggs a day had a little to do with it

I’m jealous of your 117! I struggle to stay within the normal range but often get down to less than 200 total for test day. 💪

66Pack I was all the way down to 102 total last year happier that it's at least closer to 120. I know there's not many people out there looking for their cholesterol to go up a bit 🤣 but I guess there's risks from too low as well. Right here sounds good to me

Katsolo 🤣 I'm a blue collar guy that went to a doctor voluntarily for a check up 🤣 no I did not tell them anything they didn't ask me directly about lol give me some credit for going haha. Honestly adding more eggs was just to get more dietary fats in. They account for most of my fat intake I just feel gross when I eat fats now my body loves to run on carbs and protein so thats what I feed it. I rarely eat out , cut out nearly all dairy besides nonfat greek yogurt and occasional ice ream sanwhich, no oils besides a quick olive oil spray for nonstick nothing fried unleass its thw rarw occasion out. Eggs are something my body likes and doesn't cause any stomach or just crappy feeling. I Like salmon too but evrything else is very lean proteins. And lots and lots of carbs
