Sorry I haven't responded to anyone's journals, news, but it's been hectic around her with Mom's surgery, working (OT) and a leaking pipe (getting fixed Monday). On a good note and doing better than I thought I would on my diet. Tonight I had to go food shopping after work. I thought I would buy some steamed shrimp and just have a few while I cooked up my fish when I came home. Nope, plans changed. I got the shakes really bad and ate the pound of shrimp. Not happy with all those calories just for that, but at the same time...it could've been worse. I'll eat the other fish I bought for dinner tomorrow night now. The shrimp were around the same amount of calories as my fish, so I figured the shrimp was my dinner now. LOL. I'm burning some extra calories as I clean tonight. I have to change two kitty litter boxes and a bunny cage, as well as scrub the litter area. LOL. I'm sure my dogs will have me throwing a ball outside in between.
I'm hoping to get on and check in with everyone this weekend! Hope you are all having fun!

Exactly for the shrimp.. The wife and I brought in the new year with a party platter of cocktail shrimp, tossed the cocktail dipping sauce and made our own Coconut Oil & Butter dips.
