Day 5

Added Yams and Korean Rice Cake to diet and weight went up 1 pound. Assume it to be water weight but it's interesting that the CHO stopped the downward tend weight loss.

Coffee and ghee taste better when blended.
254.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 54.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
