Hello everyone! I'd like to share an update on my strength progress. Though it may seem minor, it's significant to me. I've been practicing walking up and down the stairs in my apartment building. Before starting the carnivore diet, raising my legs was a struggle, and I would drag my feet as I walked. The stairs were an insurmountable obstacle, and I felt confined to my apartment, unable to engage in outdoor activities or visit my doctors.

It's now been 4 weeks and 3 days since I began the carnivore diet. I've lost 24 pounds. Currently, I'm walking up to 3 miles every day. I can ascend and descend the stairs with ease and nearly jog down them! Entering and exiting a van is now effortless, and I no longer require assistance. I can stand for extended periods and balance on one foot at a time. These accomplishments are extraordinary, ones that decades of medical consultations, medications, treatments, and surgeries couldn't achieve. My heart is full of gratitude as I feel my health being restored by the Lord YAHWEH. His grace is abundant, and He is my steadfast Provider and Protector.

So happy for you..and thanks for sharing this amazing update. THIS is the motivation to turn to and rely on.. it’s reliably indicative to the more IMMEDIATE health and well being benefits that occur in real-time to NUTRITIOUS (meat : )) diet choices. I’ve been there.. focusing on protein and low carb has an immediate impact on my MOOD and ELIMINATES chronic joint and foot pain that modern medicine just had me throwing money at and running circles around. Bravo, Concarne!
