hi everyone. ive been at the gym nearly every day, watching everything i eat and still scales arnt changed but not letting it get me down, my clothes are loser, i can see the difference in my face, less full and more toned body. so i dont know why im not weighing less, maybe im not eating enough! ive cut down on carbs, even fruit and drinking more water as i read that helps flush out and help with weight loss, hopefully in another week i can report a loss , staying committed

Keep sticking with it, if you're doing the right things eventually it'll show on the scale. It's our nature to look for the short term results and that is great confirmation when it happens. But longer term is where the lasting results are. It's good your seeing changes in your body, that shows you're on the right path!
