Yay! Starting to come down on the scales. Pleased because I’ve been feeling like I might be on the precipice of falling off the healthy eating cliff! I’m trying hard to pull it back and get on track. That loss is the booster I need … 👏🏻👏🏻
142.9 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
