I didn't track most days last week, but I did average 10,000 steps a day, strength trained twice, and averaged over 7 hours of sleep per night.
210.7 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
