277.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its been a struggle , the Dr put me on a 1500 Cal diet mostly protein. Running out of protein options and I prefer not take do protein shakes.
