day 2 went well, no slip ups and more weight loss.

yesterday was day 3 and i went out with my familly-diet broken. I had Gammon and eggs with chips and peas at a pub (it was really nice tho) and then we went to the fudge shop and i couldnt resist buying some (and eating half of it). I may be inclided the throw the rest of it away so i dont eat it. anyway this day led to weight gain this morning but i think it may just be some of the water weight I lost (ill stick with that because it makes me feel better lol)

anyway back to reality I need to be more careful; I'm going out with my bf today and if he wants to eat out i have to say "NO THANK YOU" how hard should that be? we're going to the gym then to the cinima i think so when he tries to buy me fizzy drink/sweets/ice cream/popcorn/nachos/whatever i have to say "NO THANK YOU" 3 words thats all it is. if i can do it today i can do it everyday.

im going to set some goals and for every goal i meet i can buy myself something nice :)
