I changed my start weight to what I weighed this time last week....didn't want to get despondent that I still have 4.8kgs to go till I even reached the starting block...so now it really looks like I have started....onwards and downwards we go!!!

I've restarted a few times already, not because I lost weigh, but gained 😱. But agreed, it's better to re-shift the focus from time to time. Downwards isn't always a negative 😉

Hey Tracy, there's nothing wrong in that, I got rid of all my previous weight loss so I wasn't comparing all the time, you are doing fab, keep it up, must be time for some new shoe purchases with your fab losses :-) xx
