My highest weight ever was 340 lbs, from then I decided to really get serious. I went down to 270 lbs. What I didn't know is that sometimes you hit a wall. No matter how much I'd work out after that, i wouldn't drop a lb. After about two weeks, I really got discouraged and stopped focusing on weight loss. Little did I know that this was normal once you've lost so much weight and the trick was to keep on going. Well, I am back up to 320 and feeling horrible about it. No one says anything but I know they think it. Going to try this fat smash thing as people have recommended it so going to see where I am in a few weeks. Wish me luck!
