And blob is back. Short walks still due to stupid foot. It is getting better, but my max is about 2.5 miles and going kinda slow for me. Looking forward to this long weekend. A lot of work to do in the yard. Already did tonight’s rather short walk and going to have coconut shrimp for dinner. Mmm.

Smart scale. Lots of choices these days. Mine is a Withings and has lasted five years and counting. ~$50, as accurate as a $50 medical device can be. I use it as a tool to baseline and monitor.
