Making a big pot of homemade chicken and dumplings for my men (my husband and boys) - kept some chicken out for myself - going to make some steamed veggies and maybe some brown rice to go with it :-) Having a good day.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with Salsa on top
Lunch: ham & turkey sandwich with some lite mayo and lettuce & a banana
afternoon snack: crystalite protein smoothie with 1/2 banana & blueberries
