Good morning 🌞. How are your goals going? It appears my body needs to be at 190-192lbs and that’s ok since I’ve come so far. Nice day for a walk in Chicago down by the lake. I wish I had a walking buddy.

Im at a standstill unfortunately. Seems Ive hit a bit of a setpoint as well. Just being patient and trying different things to hopefully get the scale moving again. Feel strong tho! Hope you enjoy your walk. Ive been doing yard work for two days. Fun - not!

We are similar in plateaus I guess. You at 146 and me at 192. My main goal is my triglyceride levels for my June 5th doctor appointment. Hoping to be under 190 by then
