A delightful way to begin. As I was about to walk into a chocolate store, my son, 9, took my hand and gently said, "No, mom. Today you're beginning your non-chubby eating." I chuckled and thanked him. The next store, I went for the donuts, again he redirected me. It was just the nudge I was waiting for to make me begin the journey again. So,here we go! Thank you, God!!!
