Well, at least nothing drastic is happening. I’ve read that stress is not good for trying to lose weight. If that is the case, it certainly would account for what I’m going through these past couple of weeks with my inability to drop given my average caloric deficit.
One foot in front of the other, keep my head down, ignore the childish behaviour of a coworker, and focus on me. And try not to quit my job. Let’s not forget that. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜
