Some changes for me last week. Lots of rice a neighbor made me dinner enough for two days from her country. I devoured a container of Trader Joes Vanilla Meringues. Not super processed but lots of sugar. Over the weekend I had lunch with friend with left overs. Chineeses food Shrimp Fried Rice with soy sauce, Crab Rangoon with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Result 1.6lb weight gain. Water retention. Going back to lower carb unprocessed foods for this week.
