Seems I've slowed down and it is frustrating for sure, but gotta keep that motivation going. We CAN do this! I'm going to do a fast day this week and increase my water to see if that helps.

Don't compare yourself with other peoples progress. We are all different and take different routes to where we want to be. Be proud of your loss and keep up the great work!

We're all different...you're losing steadily and long term is what it's really about anyway. You can look at your diet and evaluate, see if there's any tweaking needed. Steady losses over time is what leads to lasting and long term success, congrats on where you've come so far.

Make sure you are tracking your food. It is really easy for extra calories to sneak in there without us noticing. Start putting in every single bite and drink. You may see a few changes you could make. Good luck!

Totally agree with Jmb, the faster you lose weight can be encouraging until it stalls (which it will at some point)...however the most important thing is STEADY weight loss over time until you reach a healthy, fit, sustainable weight. Keep it up, you are doing great!!!
