yesterday was my birthday I saw a 1 Pound Drop yesterday and I didn't do anything special for my birthday no special treats just another day good workout yesterday good workout this morning I'm down another pound it looks like I will make my 199 by the end of the month
204.0 lb Lost so far: 154.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
