Love homemade Burrito bowl...I fill bowl with 2 c lettuse, add a dab of cheddar cheese, then cook canned chicken breasts with muchrooms and Goya black beans & salsa..you can add corn..put a big spoonful onto salad add cheddar cheese, 5 black olives & a little salsa verda...done..yum!
