Will be starting my fast sometime this afternoon until tomorrow night. Skipping my coconut oil for 1 day to see if it has any effect compared to fasting and using it in my coffee.

I agree with your post, Rckc. I'm skipping the bulletproof today too. I like your poster. I agree completely with that. I would do better with an impersonal trainer who's willing to kick my butt.
