ive been counting calories now and also eating as much sugar free food as i can and fresh vegetables and fruit included and not eating processed food or very little of it.i started being serious about a week ago

thanks guys, im not much of a sweet tooth but its little things that add up even like sugar in coffees and ive cut down my coffee as well as i was drinking to many
