Well, diet plan went to crap yesterday. And I discovered that stress-induced panic attacks can include hives! Which is always a fun learning opportunity. Thought I was having a severe allergic reaction, but nope.
Really need to start including some yoga for stress relief after work. Just something relaxing and mellow, since I tend to do my tough cardio and weight lifting in the morning. Does anyone have any videos or guides they can recommend?

If you have cable, you probably have some sort of "on demand" with an exercise genre. I love yoga :) And I can relate with the panic attack and hives!

Youtube should have something for you (and it's free as long as you have internet).

My body reacts physically from stress, I had the hives and physical body pain that I have figured out was from stress. Just knowing that the stress caused the discomfort helped me. I was not dying, the reactions went away as I dealt with the stress. I used Benadryl for itching from the hives, and am a firm believer in deep breathing. Other techniques that may help yoga, walking, relaxation tapes.

YouTube also is my suggestion - feel better!

I also react to stress but mine reaction is migraines. Since I have retired, I have only had one spell with the headaches. I use to have one every month at least. Now I have had only one within a 2 1/2 years. I feel your pain..
