School started August 15th, and I love it, but I'd love it more if I wasn't driving over an hour each way. One of my classmates, a young woman about my height and build (but 20 years younger) said she has lost 160 lb since "last fall!" Her secret, she goes to the gym 4-5x a week - treadmill and strength stuff. I can't do that, but I can do couch-to-5k.
I had a week of not following my diet, high stress plus some physical pain issues, but the damage was minimal and now I'm ready to get back into the routine.
