Reasonable only because I had 3/4 bottle of wine starting from 6pm till 8pm before dinner at 8:30pm Fast 21/3 will not eat until 10pm drinks start at 5:30pm as this is my night of fun = Excited as seem to be losing a lb per day ( must remember it is only the beginning

Good breakdown with low carbs low protein and good fat and although the wine took me over my 770 cals I still was 500 cals below my maintenance level
218.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
