Week 2 down!
Results: 5.6 lbs for Week 2. Overall: 8.0 lbs.
Yay! I definitely meet my 2 lbs/wk goal. I am keeping my eye on the prize. I have to meet my goal. I look back on pictures of when I was at my goal weight - and I was happy, I was sure of myself, I wasn't second guessing what everyone was thinking about me, I was happy with myself. I not only want to lose the weight for me, I want to lose it for my boyfriend. I know he loves me and I know he thinks I'm beautiful, but I want to be the woman I was when he met me - physically and mentally. He's being super supportive throughout this process so far. He's encouraging me and cooking healthy meals.
