Low carbs vs. low starches. I love my veggies. I'm so happy that avoiding starchy foods has been working for me. Eating plenty of vegetables allows me to leave the table feeling satisfied. Also, I noticed that some of us have been adding fat to control appetite. I'm not knocking that practice but eating protein does the same thing for me. FatSecret and you guys have taught me that everyone has to find what works for them...

I agree that adding protein is more filling than adding fat. But sometimes adding fat helps it all slide down a little better - LOL
