Gonna rain today, then snow and ice. I try not to be a complainer of weather, can't do anything about it, BUT I really really dislike winter....

Met with the trainer and am starting with him today. Doing "legs". Feel scared as it is out of my element but gonna do it!

Try to make the best of the weather. I decided to embrace it seeing as I can't change it. I run in the snow. My time isn't so great, but it forces my legs to engage different muscle groups, especially when you're slipping and sliding on some icy spots. Also pushes my cardio vascular system with all that freezing air in my lungs. It's not for everyone, but I feel a little more badass after a run in 20 degree weather!⛄️
