5 minute warm-up
First mile hit at 9’55”
24 minutes for 2 miles
Total miles 2.27

Started at speed 6.0mph for one minute and then decreased .1mph every minute until I hit 5.0 and then ran for 2 minutes at each speed level I decreased to ending at 4.5mph.

Total calories burnt 353
