It's the New Year....holidays are over....think it's time to start the daily weigh in. Yesterday I was at 170+. After one day of reasonable eating I'm down almost 2 lbs. Need to stick with watching what I eat. And walking...did first walk in awhile yesterday. Cold ❄ this morning...aiming for a walk in the afternoon.
