Going to Las Vegas in 3 weeks. Short term goal-stay on plan. Long term goal-stay on plan.

Yesterday was first day back on my WOE. Started feeling restless in the evening, thinking about food to eat. Didn't succumb mostly because there isn't anything "bad" left in the house. Started watching biggest loser. Haven't seen it in years. Made me want to jump up and exercise. It also helped to actually visualize where I started from. All that yelling gets on my nerves, tho. Pretty sure I would be the one crying!


Gonna check out Planet Fitness today. Still going to my gym but looking for something different, too. Daughter and her BF just joined. They want me to work out with them. I am a kind of loner. Haven't worked out with anyone ever. Still thinking about Zumba. It starts next week so I have time to decide.

I've never watched Biggest Loser, if it makes you want to get up and exercise I should definitely start watching!
