Stayed the same weight today, better than a gain. I got my LIPID Panel results my cholesterol dropped from 224 to 175 since I joined FS in January. With my A1c dropping from 6.8 to 5.9 and my weight dropping 27 pounds has me feeling pretty good about my results. In January when I joined I was determined to change my old habits so the results are proof you can change and get healthier. Wishing all great health.
