Soooooo, I havent really gotten a lot of responses, but I have read alot of ppls journals, messages, etc and its a bit relieving to know I am not alone.
I am still motivated and today, so far I've had coffee (starbucks) just with some half and half and splenda, and had lunch already..Spam with pepper jack cheese. SPAM, I know, but its pretty good actually.
Im not quiet sure what diet plan I am approaching but from past experience carbs just dont do me any good, so maybe a bit of atkins, stay with the good high in protein foods, and low in fat, etc. and maybe throw some of the other plans in there, and from what I read, water is key.
I wish there was just a miracle pill, but there's not. SO here I am taking small steps. Until Monday when I return to work and hit the gym. I cant wait.
