changing diets again; just going to calorie count. this laast week exercising has been esy but eating is impossible; my bf keeps eating out with me n end up eating too much :/ anywy me n him are having some space this week so if i lose more than 2 pounds this week i know he's impcting on my progress; if not then ill own up to having no will power and its nothing to do with him why im failing. we shall see x

hey girl! i used to calorie count too and had some success but was always hungry and it was so hard to keep it up. my friend at work told me aboout low carb and i ignored her for a while. then she insisted that i watch this documentary called "fat head" by tom naughten and it totally changed my life!!!! i urge you to watch it. he explains thing so clearly and its funny and a little cheesy too, but soooo worth it. it completely changed my way of thinking about modern diets and what is so called healthy for us. the link to the movie is: http://www.hulu.com/watch/196879/fat-head

...i lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. it seriously melted off of me, i was always full and the only thing that was hard were my sugar cravings because i LOVE chocolate and i have my own chocolate business... so hard to make chocolate covered strawberries and not eat one!! haha! i really hope this helps. i admit i have fallen off the wagon, its so hard when you are addicted to these bad foods, but im on day 3 and have lost 3 lbs. its something that CAN be a lifestyle.. im gonna have chocolate, im going to eat a tortilla, but just not all the time anymore because i know what it can do to my health. please let me know what you think!!! i am so passionate about this i want to share it with the world!!
