Found a Snickers bar in my husband's desk. Ate it. First told myself would just have 1 bite... then 1/2 the bar. You can guess the rest. Ate whole bar after calculating my total calories for day.
But at least got back to gym. First class since the Christmas break. (Dec 23). Had to force myself to return today. Holidays are over and time to get back to exercise and counting calories! That will be last snickers for 2016 !!
193.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I eat 1-2 individually wrapped dove chocolates each day after meals. (2 on the weekends.) It helps me not go crazy.
