Fast day today. Nothing but tea until 9pm. 24 hour fast. Mind over matter.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A Hippie it was good! I broke down at 5:30 so it ended up being a 20/4 fast. Today I’m going to try again but this time 23/1. I had about 1100 cals and felt fine
