Day one of loosing so much unwanted weight! Last year was quite terrible in regards to everything to be honest! Including loss of a business, then loss of employment due to a back injury that will impact on my life indefinitely and so now....start a new chapter. So this year I am changing: my diet to Vegan whole foods :) Loosing weight (4stone 7lbs) Building my core strength and practicing yoga :D Retraining and changing my career. Wish me luck!
