I don't feel like I am doing too bad. Mood is bleh but that is due to the non-smoking. My smoking is reduced to almost nothing. down to 1-2 cigarettes a day. Hopefully I can get that to 0 a day in the next few days! Have to keep hopes high

That's great, you're doing an awesome job! I know it must be really tough but, you can do it! Wish i had your will power to lower my smoking that easy! Keep up the good work!(:

Quitting is so hard and then also maintaining or losing weight adds to that. You are doing a great thing by getting healthy and I can attest that it feels wonderful when you finally stop.
