I haven't written a journal entry in ages..About 4 weeks ago I decided not to formally diet anymore.I'm making practical changes. Lowering processed foods of all kinds. No real foods fruits or vegetables are off limits. Focusing on getting in more protiens and reducing empty carbs. Started at 199.0. 5 weigh in's later I'm at 189.8. Aches and pain have been reduced. I didn't exercise much but am looking forward to picking up that habit again. I can zip but not wear one of my favorite dresses. Pleases with the results so far.
