I'm looking forward to weight loss but I'm having trouble getting my butt out if the recliner! That will never work. Still got the bad big toe making even walking a challenge. I rerun to trainer tomorrow night. Can't wait😃 I need to go to gym on lunch hour thinking I could do the bike. Must eat right!!! You can do it. Nothing tastes better than thin!!!!

Is there a pool at your gym? Water exercise is the least stressful on bones/joints/injuries. You'd have to be careful getting in and out, but water exercise is really good!

No but great idea. I love to aquacize in the summer at our neighborhood pool. I will see if daily rate would work at YMCA. Thnx for the great tip!

I used to teach low-impact aerobics, water aerobics, and yoga, because even when I was much thinner I had a lot of bone damage from an old car accident. So I KNOW how to work out without hurting more than you have to ;)
